How The Organic Label Kills Part II

The organic designation leads consumers to buy unhealthy foods in the following ways:

1. Foods that are seedless are labelled as organic yet they possess less healing properties than their non-organic counterparts with seeds.
2. Foods that come from a long distance away have a biochemical profile not suited to healing at their destination where they are consumed, yet they are labelled organic
3. Food that is not organic, may be labelled as organic.  The 3 foot migration in the produce department.
4. Foods are refined by removing water, fiber and nutrition yet are labelled organic. Tofu is an excellent example of this.
6. Foods that have chemicals, flavorings and colorings added are labelled organic.
7. Foods that are canned and bottled are labelled organic
8. Many organic brands are owned by familiar companies many have grown to distrust. These are the very companies whose products people are trying to avoid by eating organic. See diagram at

If your consumption of organic foods falls mostly into these categories, your transition to organic is likely harming your health as well as your pocketbook.
Enough of the bad news.  Wipe your tears.  Here is the way out.
For the sake of simplicity, we will tackle these one at a time.

1. Foods that are seedless are labelled as organic yet they possess less healing properties than their non-organic counterparts with seeds.
A common method used by the scientific community to detect live is the ability to reproduce.  You can use the same test for your food. Can the food you are about to purchase produce another of its kind? First, does it have seeds?  If it is seedless, it cannot reproduce itself and cannot give life to you. You have your answer. This little piece of genetic modification totally passed under the radar.  A whole generation eagerly consumed the latest seedless wonder unaware of the lack of vitality in the food. (Human infertility skyrocketed; could there be a connection).  There are people who protest Genetically Modified Foods (GMO) but insist on seedless grapes.  Some people object to terminator seeds but eat seedless oranges, seedless raisins, seedless watermelon. Terminator technology and seedless technology both rob your food of its health giving properties. To label one as harmful and not the other is a form of omission.

Reading and writing has been way over-rated when it comes to identifying healthy food.  An industry that has given us sugary breakfast cereal labelled as healthy cannot be taken at their written word.  It is safe to say that if it is on the front label, it is probably not reliable information.

You can handle this by looking to see if the food has seeds.  If it does not, eating it will not enhance your health.   If it does have seeds, you have to check, do the seeds sprout?  If it does not sprout, it is not alive and cannot promote your healing objectives.  I perform this test once on my beans then if they pass the test; I keep buying the same beans from the same source.  For rice, it can take several days to sprout.  You sprout rice by putting a tsp of rice in 2 cups of water.    Somewhere around day 4 it will send up a long shoot.  It is good to repeat this test every 2 years to be sure your supplier has not changed up on you.

Today’s message is if it does not sprout, it is out.  Seedless is not healthy even if it does have the organic label.  Terminator technology is terminator technology.  It does not belong in a healthy diet.
