My background as I have mentioned is that I grew up in a Ghetto in the US during the Civil Rights era. My parents with 6 children,lived at the periphery of the riot zone. As the epicenter of the riots moved closer to our house, my parent made the decision to flee and we moved to a more peaceful city. During this period and for 20 years later, one could always find at least one black male walking down the street and talking to himself about genocide. How genocide was a deliberate thing that was taking place in front of our eyes, and how could we be so blind.

I was strictly informed by my parents that such talk was gibberish and I was not to join any movements or listen to such nonsense. We had our civil rights and could use the same clean bathrooms white people used and count on being albe to rent a hotel room during long travels. There was no need to worry about genocide. The important work had been done. That is my genocide background. I was also told in school that the only genocide that happened in the US was over at least 100 years ago and all Americans including the Indians are better off. It was necessary and in the end a good thing.

Having been strictly instructed to never think about genocide, I put it out of my mind. And, whenever someone mentioned it, I would adjust my opinion of that person, in a downward direction.

Then, I started doing these radio shows. I started counting the dead bodies of people murdered buy the health care system. As many of you know, my latest body count was 808,000 for the year of 2012. Then, I thought, I wonder how many people have to be murdered before it can be called genocide? I mean, I did not want to be alarmist or anything. Just thinking.

So I did the unthinkable. I looked it up. After all these years of taboo, I dared to look up the word – genocide. It was a shocker. No wonder my parents did not want me to ever use or think of the word. I am 56 and I felt almost to young to handle the definition.

The most shocking thing I found was that not even one death is necessary to satisfy the definition of genocide. And, there are 808,000 murders from modern medicine in a single year. Wow! This is a doozy. Let’s take it slowly though. Lets just start with each of the many pieces of the definition and see what if any part of the medical profession fits the definition.

Then, I will look at the US laws concerning genocide. We will see if any of these definitions are satisfied. Finally, we will look at the penalty for genocide.

OK. Here we go.

The dictionary definition is not very helpful. But here it is.

The term genocide, defined as violence against a national, ethnic, racial or religious group with the intent to destroy it, entered common usage after World War II

Very emotionally charged. Makes you want to stop here. I mean, if something is genocide, how could we be able to individually as thinking citizens, make such a determination? Wouldn’t it take a committee? A group of governments?

Prevent genocide international to the rescue. (2) They have broken it down into pieces so small, that even an individual could make a reasonable assessment. Pieces so small that one could say, is this element present? Almost a checklist.

Two of the following 2 elements must be present:
1) the mental element, meaning the”intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such”, and
2) The crime of genocide has two elements: intent and action. “Intentional” means purposeful. Intent can be proven directly from statements or orders. But more often, it must be inferred from a systematic pattern of coordinated acts.
3) Intent is different from motive.Whatever may be the motive for the crime (land expropriation, national security, territorial integrity, etc.), if the perpetrators commit acts intended to destroy a group, even part of a group, it is genocide.

So, there has to be intent. This intent can be inferred – no confession necessary when there is a SYSTEM in place that has the predictable outcome of death of members of this group. It must destroy the group in whole or in part.
The system is the Standard of Care or In broader terms,applied by members of the Health Care System

The phrase “in whole or in part” is important. Perpetrators need not intend to destroy the entire group. Destruction of only part of a group (such as its educated members, or members living in one region) is also genocide. Most authorities require intent to destroy a substantial number of group members – mass murder. But an individual criminal may be guilty of genocide even if he kills only one person, so long as he knew he was participating in a larger plan to destroy the group.

IN part is satisfied because we have 808,000 murders. The group would be US residents. Since intent can be inferred, by the existence of a system and the deadly outcome of the system. So, this first criteria is satisfied
4) the physical element which includes five acts described in sections a, b, c, d and e. A crime must include both elements to be called “genocide.”
Five acts described in sections a through E below. This may seem complicated, but, when you sit down with pencil and paper, it sorts itself out.

“Article II: In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
Killing members of the group; Killing members of the group includes direct killing and actions causing death.
No problem. Got a death toll of 808,000

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; Causing serious bodily or mental harm includes inflicting trauma on members of the group through widespread torture, rape, sexual violence, forced or coerced use of drugs, and mutilation.; ADHD drugs, immunizations,
it helps to focus for this one. Lets focus on breast cancer. Chemo, surgery, radiation and death inflicted on women who are told they have breast cancer when they have a condition that will not shorten their lives
(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; Deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to destroy a group includes the deliberate deprivation of resources needed for the group’s physical survival, such as clean water, food (confiscating raw milk, refusal of GMO labeling), clothing, shelter or medical services. Deprivation of the means to sustain life can be imposed through confiscation of harvests, blockade of foodstuffs, detention in camps, forcible relocation or expulsion into deserts.

(c) Pink ribbon campaigns, encouraging women to get mammogram screenings mass mis information
(e) Prevention of births includes involuntary sterilization, forced abortion, prohibition of marriage, and long-term separation of men and women intended to prevent procreation.
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; One could cite birth control, but this is voluntary. Prenatal care. Women are pressured to start birth control as soon as they have a child. Prenatal care increases the loss in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy – this has the effect of preventing births

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group. Forcible transfer of children may be imposed by direct force or by fear of violence, duress, detention, psychological oppression or other methods of coercion. The Convention on the Rights of the Child defines children as persons under the age of 18 years.

(f) This occurs when parents refuse vaccinations or medical therapy on behalf of their children. The children are placed in foster care
rticle III: The following acts shall be punishable:

Punishable Acts The following are genocidal acts when committed as part of a policy to destroy a group’s existence:

(a) Genocide;

It is a crime to plan or incite genocide, even before killing starts, and to aid or abet genocide: Criminal acts include conspiracy, direct and public incitement, attempts to commit genocide, and complicity in genocide.

(b) Conspiracy to commit genocide;This means that 2 or more people plan n secret to follow a policy that results in genocide visited on another party not private to the pans. This is certainly the case. Mammogram screenings come to mind. Women who get diagnosed as having breast cancer as a result of screening, double their mortality in the 5 years after  reining.
The 5 year survival for untreated breast cancer is 40 percent. ( 1 ) Therefore of the 9 percent that have cancer 60%percent will die if untreated.That is 5.4 % of the 100 ladies who are told they have breast cancer as a result of breast cancer screening. Of the 91% who did not have breast cancer( 3 ) , 1% per year will die of other diseases. This is 4.56% Of the 15% that die at the end of 5 years, 5.4% percent had cancer – this is if 40% of cancer patients survived and therapy was ineffective. This leaves 4.6% percent of the women who died of natural causes. This leaves 5% of the 15% that were murdered as a result of the carefully planned mammogram screening campaign. 4.5% of these healthy ladies would have died. Instead, an additional 5% died because they accepted mammogram screening and the treatment for the diagnosis of breast cancer. The risk of death is doubled for people who are diagnosed as having cancer by screening mammogram.

(c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide;
The ask your doctor campaign, prosecuting doctors for refusal to order screening mammograms
(d) Attempt to commit genocide;
This has been satisfied. Not all attempts are successful. Many women survive the first several years, 25% of women do not get mammogram screenings
(e) Complicity in genocide. ”
Anyone who plans a mammogram screening, sponsors a mammogram screening, reads mammogram for such a screening, etc is complicit.

Genocidal acts need not kill or cause the death of members of a group. Causing serious bodily or mental harm, prevention of births and transfer of children are acts of genocide when committed as part of a policy to destroy a group’s existence.
The law protects four groups – national, ethnical, racial or religious groups.
A national group means a set of individuals whose identity is defined by a common country of nationality or national origin.
An ethnical group is a set of individuals whose identity is defined by common cultural traditions, language or heritage.
A racial group means a set of individuals whose identity is defined by physical characteristics.
A religious group is a set of individuals whose identity is defined by common religious creeds, beliefs, doctrines, practices, or rituals.
So, what about US law. We have heard what the international law says

The group is those who believe they can heal naturally and want to refuse drug based healing. This group satisfies the definition based on those with this common belief.
U.S. Code; Chapter 50A; (4)
Section § 1091. Genocide (4)

(a) Basic Offense. – Whoever, whether in time of peace or in time of war, in a circumstance described in subsection (d) and with the specific intent to destroy, in whole or in substantial part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group as such.
(1) kills members of that group;
(2) causes serious bodily injury to members of that group;
(3) causes the permanent impairment of the mental faculties of members of the group through drugs, torture, or similar techniques; ADHD DRUGS FILL THE BILL HERE
(4) subjects the group to conditions of life that are intended to cause the physical destruction of the group in whole or in part; Health care giant Monsanto makes GMO FOODS AND REFUSING TO LABEL THEM
(6) transfers by force children of the group to another group; or attempts to do so, IMMUNIZATIONS
shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).
(b) Punishment for Basic Offense. – The punishment for an offense under subsection (a) is –
(1) in the case of an offense under subsection (a)(1), where death results, by death or imprisonment for life and a fine of not more than $1,000,000, or both; and
(2) a fine of not more than $1,000,000 or imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both, in any other case. ; let’s take a look at Vioxx. The drug company was clearly engaged in the murder of citizens. It deliberately concealed the known dangers of this drug from the doctors and patients. 139,000 died. That would be a fine of not more than 139billion and 139,000 sentences of 20 years.Heck,profits were only 861 million dollars in 2011. Zmerk, the drug company in question, only has 91,000 employees. IF every employee went to jail for 20 years it would not satisfy the penalty. Are you seeing this? Locking up a whole company??? In 2011 91,000 employees and 139,000 20 year sentences – there is even room for contractors and ad agencies to share the responsibility.

HOW ABOUT AMBIEN. I figured out in 1995 that it was dangerous and addictive. That is only after using it in 5 patients. I gotta believe the manufacturers knew. 500,000 patients took this sleeping pill and never woke up. That would be 500B in fines and 500,000 sentences of 20 years each. Sanofi 101,575 employees in 2011. 12 billion profit – rough estimate
(c) Incitement Offense. – Whoever in a circumstance described in subsection (d) directly and publicly incites another to violate subsection (a) shall be fined not more than $500,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.Marketing visits to doctors offices, misleading literature on safety of these drugs,
(d) Required Circumstance for Offenses. – The circumstance referred to in subsections (a) and (c) is that –
(1) the offense is committed within the United States; or
got it
(2) the alleged offender is a national of the United States (as defined in section 101 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101).
Most drug reps are
(e) Non applicability of Certain Limitations. – Notwithstanding section 3282 of this title, in the case of an offense under subsection (a)(1) an indictment may be found, or information instituted, at any time without limitation.
NO statute of limitations
Section §1092. Exclusive remedies
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as precluding the application of State or local laws to the conduct proscribed by this chapter, nor shall anything in this chapter be construed as creating any substantive or procedural right enforceable by law by any party in any proceeding.
You can still collect the malpractice
Sec. 1093. Definitions

(1) the term ”children” means the plural and means individuals who have not attained the age of eighteen years;
(2) the term ”ethnic group” means a set of individuals whose identity as such is distinctive in terms of common cultural traditions or heritage;
(3) the term ”incites” means urges another to engage imminently in conduct in circumstances under which there is a substantial likelihood of imminently causing such conduct;
(4) the term ”members” means the plural;
(5) the term ”national group” means a set of individuals whose identity as such is distinctive in terms of nationality or national origins;
(6) the term ”racial group” means a set of individuals whose identity as such is distinctive in terms of physical characteristics or biological descent;
(7) the term ”religious group” means a set of individuals whose identity as such is distinctive in terms of common religious creed, beliefs, doctrines, practices, or rituals; and
(8) the term ”substantial part” means a part of a group of such numerical significance that the destruction or loss of that part would cause the destruction of the group as a viable entity within the nation of which such group is a part.

Where does one report Genocide??
Well, there is the rub. When I read this, I was so excited. Here it is, an easy solution. The law is right there. The penalty is clear. I looked and looked and could not find which district court charges of genocide should be levied. What agency was incharge of stopping genocide should it occur in the United States.Instead, I found this.

Preventing Genocide: A Blueprint for U.S. Policymakers
December 2008 | Report
The report, which is entitled “Preventing Genocide: A Blueprint for U.S. Policymakers”, asserts that genocide is preventable, and that making progress toward doing so begins with leadership and political will. The report provides 34 recommendations, starting with the need for high-level attention, standing institutional mechanisms, and strong international partnerships to respond to potential genocidal situations when they arise; it lays out a comprehensive approach, recommending improved early warning mechanisms, early action to prevent crises, timely diplomatic responses to emerging crises, greater preparedness to employ military options, and action to strengthen global norms and institutions.
It seems there is no mechanism to investigate or prosecute genocide on US soil.
US citizens are left out to dry. This is only a document that allows the US to use genocide charges as a method to invade countries, depose leaders and advance its empire building in the global theater. There is no provision to detect genocide should it arise in the US.

Preventing Genocide: How the Early Use of Force Might Have Succeeded in Rwanda

I still believe that just the information of the serious threat of murder is beneficial. The understanding that one is in it alone, there is a plan to kill you and there is nobody to step in and prevent your death. This will help you stand up and say no to being the next victim of what is clearly genocide

1 The 5-year overall survival was 43.2% (95% CI: 32.0 to 54.4%) for those who refused standard treatments.
